A digital inkjet printing plotter with “drop on demand” technology is available, specifically designed for printing on glass sheets using specific inks, suitable for reproducing drawings, images and photographs for architectural structures, in the automotive and furniture sectors.

There is also a fast and automatic screen printing machine particularly suitable for the mass production of glass for household appliances, furniture and solar panels and a rolling machine for enamelling glass sheets , which allows for a wide variety of effects to be obtained, from semi-transparent satin, to opaque, to totally opaque. The available machinery includes a modular roller dryer for drying screen printing and enamelling enamels. The customer can also opt for a complete, automatic, integrated line, including the three basic functions: enamelling with a rolling machine, decoration with a screen printing machine and drying with a roller dryer. This type of line, with high productivity, is particularly suitable for glass in architecture, furniture and shower enclosures. It is also suitable for the mass production of large enamelled and/or decorated sheets, which can be placed on the market at the disposal of small businesses for subsequent processing and retail sales.

Finally, the range is completed by a revolutionary and technological dynamic digital printing system that speeds up the digital process for the mass production of glass for the household appliance and automotive sectors. It is characterized by two different types of printing, in multi pass or in single pass. The ceramic ink, continuously kept in circulation, allows for rapid resumption of printing, and guarantees constant machine operation and flexible use.
